Plainwell Community Schools is a growing suburban/rural public school district located

KAHC is an eclectic group of families in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area who meet on a regular basis to offer support and
camaraderie in our homeschool journeys. They are a non-religious, tolerant and fun group who enjoy exploring new horizons in our children's (and our own) education. Kalamazoo Homeschool Connection exists mainly for the opportunity to share ideas and support in a relaxed setting while the children play nearby (or under our feet!). The Academically Talented Youth Program (ATYP) at Western Michigan
University’s Lee Honors College is designed for academically talented
middle and high school students. ATYP focuses on students who are
highly gifted in either math or language arts. They begin to identify
appropriate students during their 6th grade year and enroll students in
their 7th or 8th grade year. They provide middle school students with high
school curriculum at a rate and depth that meets their unique talents.
ATYP allows school districts to give their most advanced students the
