entering 9th grade. In this fun, dynamic, and engaging setting, kids will enjoy a day or week of guided walks, crafts, activities, games, and much more. Children who attend year after year will build on previous knowledge of animals and conservation.
Each day or week of Zoo Camp will focus on exciting themes for children to explore. For each age and grade, we offer several topics throughout the summer, so kids can spend a couple days to several weeks exploring animals and nature. Boys

Each session begins on a Tuesday morning and ends on a Friday at noon. Eight sessions are conducted throughout the summer. Sessions begin in June and end in early August. Check

Teaching Peace, Social Justice, Environmental Stewardship and Cooperation
Since 1938. Each summer, campers and staff become part of a
cooperative community, learning the value of interdependent living.
Everyone shares in the cooperative tasks necessary to maintain the
community. Nonviolent solutions to problems are sought as well as
alternatives to competition in all aspects of the camp's daily life. Work
projects, swimming, theater, nature exploration, folk dancing, cooperative
games, and arts and crafts activities all contribute to the summer camp

Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan offers both day-camp and residential
camping programs throughout Michigan for girls age 6-17, for Girl Scouts
and non-Girl Scouts. The lessons girls learn while at camp will
allow them to become courageous and confident women who will make the
world a better place. Girl Scout troop camping is also available
